- Booking Cancelled 30 days and above 75% refund of total package amount or adjust in future booking.
- Booking Cancelled 15 days to 30 days of check-in 25% of total package or hotel amount only refund or adjust in future booking.
- Booking Cancelled 7 days to 15 days of check-in, no refund but adjustment in future booking.
- Booking cancelled less than 7 days of check in no advance refund, no adjustment 100% retention amount will be charged.
- Uttarakhand stay is not liable to pay any refund in case of any unused service like if you skip any meal at hotel, sightseen, taxi, jungle safari, entry ticket, permit or any other service for which you have paid and not used.
- Processing a refund may require 3-5 working days.
- During the refund process, you must provide your bank information or the payment method you want a return in.
- Options for refunds include UPI payments, Bank transfer, and Credit card transfer.
- Incase payment done by guest through Payment gateway then 10 -15 working days will take to get refund.

- For Early check-in or late check out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge directly for it.
- The Check-In time is 01 PM To 2 PM depends Hotel to Hotel and check-out time is 10 Am to 11 AM.
- It is necessary for guest to provide the valid photo identification on check in time.
- For booking payment if you use Credit Card then you must carry the card or a photocopy of it.
- We have right to cancel your or modify your reservation if we find out that you are engaged in any fraudulent or inappropriate activity or in any case the whether it find out that the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error.
- Your Credit Card will be charged as ‘‘Uttarakhand Stay”
- Uttarakhand Stay have the right to cancel your booking due to insufficient advance amount which is 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
